Adult Programs

Student Participation

Adult students have many options for participating at Blue Ridge, from taking a full schedule of classes to taking elective classes. Adults may participate in the Suzuki program, the Chamber Music Intensive, or we can create an individualized program that meets the adult students' needs. Some adults take a full program of classes, and others are with their children and just take one or two classes. Please reach out to us so we can help figure out what is right for you.

Informal Music-making​

We also encourage adult players, whether taking classes or not, to make music informally with others- whether it is folk music, string quartet playing, improvising, etc. Please let us know before camp if this is something you are interested in so we can help facilitate connections with others.

Parent Sessions

We offer three parent sessions on topics of interest to Suzuki parents and adult learners, which happen in the evenings following dinner.
