Accommodations
Housing
Family groups are housed in the historical Maryland House, Pennsylvania House, and nearby cottages, which are a short walking distance to classrooms and dining. The simple but comfortable rooms have antique dressers, private baths with showers, and the porches provide wonderful spaces for enjoying the outdoors. There is no air-conditioning, but rooms include fans and nights are typically comfortable.
Meals
Meals are served buffet style in the historic hotel dining room, and a vegetarian option is always provided. If you have specific dietary needs, please contact us at least 4 weeks in advance to make sure you can be accommodated. Gluten-free and dairy-free diets can typically be accommodated.
Commuters
We encourage families to stay at Shrine Mont, which allows students to get the most out of the camp experience. If you choose to commute or stay at off-campus accommodations, there is a per-person commuter fee for use of the facilities and recreation. The commuter fee does not include meals- you may eat on your own or purchase individual meals at the hotel desk. (Breakfast $14/Lunch $16/Dinner $18)
