Please read the instructions below before beginning your online registration. At this time, we do not have a save and return feature for our registration.
Enrollment and housing preferences are on a first-come basis in the order that registrations are completed. Enrollment is limited due to the fixed capacity of our classroom and housing facilities, therefore we recommend that you register as early as possible. Registration is due by April 15, 2019. After April 15, please contact email@example.com to make sure there is space for your instrument.
When you register you will need to give information (name, date of birth, elective choices) for everyone in your group, including students, parents, siblings, grandparents, etc. You will also need to provide the name and email of your teacher.
You will be asked for details of current working and polished pieces (title of piece, book number, and piece number) and recital piece if applicable. For advanced students, please also provide some information about supplemental literature, orchestra experience, and chamber music experience.
When you complete the online registration, the total amount of tuition and fees due will be calculated and displayed on the confirmation page that you should print for your records.
You will secure your spot with the $100 deposit, which will be charged using Pay Pal. Your balance should be paid by check, made out to Blue Ridge Suzuki Camp, with the registration number and the name of the primary contact clearly marked on the check. The balance is due no later than May 1.
Refund Policy: If you choose to cancel your registration, the $100 registration fee is non-refundable. All other charges are refundable until May 1. After May 1 there are no refunds for tuition or room and board.
